Everything Old is New Again

Your grandmother will be the first to tell you that tweeds never go out of style.  Each winter they come in a variety of patterns such as herringbone, houndstooth, plaid, boucle and twill.  These classic pieces keep you warmer on those chilly winter days and most styles can easily go from the office to a night out on the town.  The cropped tweed jackets look great with jeans and heels and I recommending wearing the skirts with riding boots.  If you are feeling extra daring, you could mix with leather as shown in the photo below.

  1. I remember you used to wear an oversized tweed RL-looking blazor to school all the time in middle school... it looked very much like the jacket in the second picture... you were always the little fashionista!
